Ok, so you're saying my EHP would increase substantially if I drop the DC and put in another relay? So my recharge rate will be so high it'll almost be active? Sorry for my ignorance, just trying to learn.

Well, I'm stuck Caldari for awhile. I've already invested in the support and tank skills for them, so to get to a fully tech 2 drake will only take me like 9 more days. I'm going to have to think about it.
